When You Need Space to Just Be: Why I Created the Mystic Harmony Circle

There’s something sacred about those quiet moments when you realize…

you’re tired of doing it all alone.

Not just the tasks or the to-do lists, though those are exhausting too, but the inner work.

The healing. The “staying aligned” when life is anything but.

The holding space for others while wondering who’s holding space for you.

If that’s where you are right now, I just want to say: I see you.

And I’ve been there too.

We Need Soulful Spaces That Don’t Ask Us to Perform

There’s no shortage of content out there: endless advice, spiritual checklists, productivity hacks, and even spiritual “to-dos.”

But real connection?

A space where you can be witnessed without needing to explain or fix or fake it?

That’s rare. And it’s why I created the Mystic Harmony Circle.

It’s not another course. Not a hustle-heavy group. Not a highlight reel.

It’s a quiet gathering place, online, but intentionally off the scroll, with women (and other marginalized folks) like you:

Sensitive. Awake. Healing. Remembering. Becoming.

We share when we feel led. We rest when we need to.

We support each other in the liminal spaces, the breakthroughs, and the beautifully messy in-between.

What We’re Exploring Together

Right now, we’re leaning into the sacred act of coming home to ourselves.

Slowing down. Reconnecting with our own inner rhythm.

Letting go of the pressure to “do it right” and trusting the wisdom that comes from rest, reflection, and community.

And to support that intention, I’ll be offering a free live workshop on September 13th called:

The Sacred Shift Workshop

A 90-minute guided experience to help you:

• Reset your nervous system

• Reconnect with your intuition

• Realign with your purpose (especially if things feel fuzzy or off-track)

We’ll share space, breathe deeply, and remember what’s real.

If you feel called to join, you’re warmly invited.

The details are all inside the Mystic Harmony Circle—our free Skool community for soul-led women (and other marginalized folks), or on our Eventbright page.

An Invitation, Not an Obligation

Whether you join the workshop, the community, or simply take a deep breath after reading this, I hope you remember this:

You don’t have to hold it all by yourself.

You don’t have to force your way forward.

You are still on the path, even when you pause.

And sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do is be seen—without judgment, without pressure.

So if that kind of space speaks to your soul, I’d love to welcome you inside.

It’s free, it’s private, and it’s created with deep intention.

No ads. No overwhelm. Just resonance.

Staying True to Yourself When Life (and People) Try to Dim Your Light

Photo by Eric Goverde on Pexels.com

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything “right” on your spiritual path—meditating, journaling, aligning with love and light—only to be knocked flat by a life storm or drained by someone who seems to thrive off your energy?

Yeah. Me too.

Let’s talk about it: the real side of the spiritual journey that no one likes to post about—the part where you feel disappointed, disillusioned, and maybe even a little defeated.

But I want you to know this:

You are still whole. You are still magic. You are still worthy. Even when the path feels foggy.

When Spiritual Disappointment Strikes

Sometimes the universe doesn’t deliver the clarity, healing, or results we expect. We light the candles, speak the affirmations, do the inner work—and still face heartbreak, financial stress, health struggles, or soul-crushing silence from guides we once felt so close to.

Here’s the truth:

Spiritual growth isn’t linear. And it isn’t always comfortable.

It stretches us beyond our illusions—especially the illusion that healing = perfection or peace = constant good vibes.

Stay with your truth. Not because it’s easy, but because it’s real.

Energy Vampires, Boundaries, and Not Feeling Bad About It

Let’s get real for a second: not everyone is on the same wavelength.

And some people (consciously or unconsciously) feed off your light without ever replenishing their own.

These energy vampires:

• Always have a crisis but never want solutions

• Drain you with gossip, complaints, or guilt

• Disregard your time, space, or spiritual boundaries

You do not owe your energy to anyone who disrespects your boundaries.

That isn’t selfish. That’s self-honoring.

Protecting your peace is an act of spiritual devotion.

How to Stay True to Yourself (Even When Life Gets Messy)

Here are a few reminders that keep me anchored when life tries to shake me off my center:

1. Let Go of Performing Spirituality

You don’t have to always be high-vibe or full of love and light.

You get to be tired. Angry. Disappointed. Confused.

Your wholeness includes your shadows.

2. Do a Soul Check-In Instead of a Scroll Check-In

Instead of comparing your journey to others on social media, take 3 minutes to close your eyes, hand over heart, and ask:

🌀 “What part of me needs attention right now?”

🌀 “What truth have I been ignoring?”

🌀 “What would feel nourishing today?”

3. Choose Compassionate Boundaries

Not everyone deserves full access to your energy.

It’s okay to unfollow, mute, or lovingly distance yourself from those who bring chaos to your peace.

4. Return to Ritual

Rituals don’t have to be elaborate.

Burn a little incense, whisper an affirmation, or just breathe with intention. These small acts reconnect you to your soul.

Your Light Is Not Up for Negotiation

You didn’t come here to be small, silent, or spiritually sanitized.

You came here to remember yourself.

So if you’re navigating disappointment, burnout, or the emotional aftermath of someone dimming your joy—take this as your sacred reminder:

You are not broken. You are becoming.

And you don’t need to explain your healing, your choices, or your journey to anyone who doesn’t walk it with reverence.

A Gentle Invitation

If you’re ready to reconnect with your intuitive wisdom in a way that feels grounded, sacred, and sustainable—I created a 3-day mini-course called Awaken Your Inner Wisdom just for you.

It’s not about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about coming home to your truth—no matter how messy the world around you feels.

Or just whisper “I’m ready” to yourself… that’s where it begins.
